As a GEG Care carer, you will visit clients in their own homes across [LOCATION] — providing practical support, personal care and genuine companionship. No two days, and no two clients, are ever the same.

What We Look for in a Carer
You do not need a care background to join GEG Care. What matters most to us is character — warmth, reliability and a genuine commitment to the people in your care.
We Look For
- A compassionate, patient and naturally warm character
- Reliability — our clients depend on their carers showing up
- Good spoken and written English for completing care records
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
We Do Not Require
- Previous care experience — we provide full induction training
- Formal qualifications — though NVQs or a Care Certificate are a bonus
- A specific educational background
- Years of professional experience
