A Typical Personal Care Morning Visit
Every visit follows the client's own preferences and routine. Here is an example of how a typical morning personal care visit with GEG Care unfolds.
Arrival & Welcome
Your carer arrives at the agreed time, knocks and greets your loved one warmly. They check in on how they are feeling and confirm what they would like help with today.
Wash, Shower or Bath
Your loved one is supported with washing in the way they prefer — bath, shower or bed-bath — with complete privacy and at their own pace.
Dressing & Grooming
Your loved one chooses what they would like to wear. The carer assists with dressing, hair, shaving or any other grooming they require — with dignity throughout.
Medication & Breakfast
Where required, medication is prompted or administered. Breakfast is prepared according to the client's preferences.
Notes & Handover
The carer completes their digital care record and, where requested, provides a verbal or written update to family members before leaving.
